Oh! Prismacolor, the pencils. I was wondering what cg program that was. Stupid of me, but I never use high quality color pencils unless in art class. Crayola works for me... Ahem, that aside, not bad. I like the coloring, even though it's mostly just white and yellow (haha). The colors on the face seem to have scanned in wrong, though, and the wrinkles/stretchs on his clothing beneath the raised arm look odd. Overall, not your best work, but it's okay.

Psh, why would we sue you? Everyone has favorites and you should get props for being honest about yours. I really like the dynamic, bold pose, by the way, and his left leg especially has great foreshortening!
